Ms. Brown concentrates her practice in  zoning, land use, planning and permitting issues. She was a member of the Massachusetts School of Law law review (1997-1999) and was previously employed as a consultant to many  New England towns assisting with Master Planning and Zoning issues. Pam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and New Hampshire Bar Association and formerly of the Mass Bar Property Council. She serves as a Director of the Massachusetts Association of Planning Directors, 2010 President of the Bedford Chamber of Commerce, and formerly as Director and officer of the UMass Department of Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning Alumni Association.  Pam's diversified backgrounds allows her to coordinate seamlessly with engineers, architects and planners and view the environmental as well as economic impact of her client's projects.

In her spare time, Pam is busy with her husband and two young sons, and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and windsurfing. Pam serves as a Corporator for both Middlesex Savings Bank and Emerson Hospital. Locally, she participates in Bedford Center for the Arts, Appalachian Mountain Club, church activities and enjoying the many events of the town she grew up in.
