“Heritage
at Bedford Springs” Bedford, MA
One of the first residential
projects in the Middlesex Turnpike area of Bedford,
“Heritage at Bedford Springs” is a 40B comprehensive permit
project of 164 units in six, three-story buildings. Brown &
Brown guided Ruping Companies through local and state
permits, coordinated with abutting property owners for
access easements and obtained FAA clearance for building
heights as the development is in proximity to Hanscom Air
Force Base flight paths.
With affordable apartments
available to renters with family income at or below 50% of
area Median income, Heritage at Bedford is a significant
step toward providing much needed housing in this area.
Heritage offers a media center, clubhouse, fitness
center/pool, barbecue area and gazebo, and a variety of
apartment styles, all of which combine to serve the diverse
needs of Bedford’s growing population. Brown & Brown is
pleased to have been involved from concept to construction.
